12.04.2023 Bunny Hop Eggstravaganza at Castle Square was an egg-cellent success this Easter weekend!
Bunny Hop Eggstravaganza was a free family event that took place on Easter Sunday at Castle Square in Elephant and Castle, featuring face painting, workshops, performances from local groups and food from local traders, along with an appearance from the one-and-only Easter Bunny!
The event attracted around 700 local families, friends, and people from across London, who came to make the most of the community day out and the fantastic spring weather we enjoyed over the Easter weekend.
Among the event’s highlights was the creation of a huge floor-based collage, which was put together by Art in the Park with contributions from visitors. The Eggstravaganza was also saw Castle Square traders dish out discounts for food, local produce and shopping to create a day to remember in Elephant and Castle.
